Before you come.
- On the night
- Fairground games and rides, a parent-run BBQ and bar, a pizza van with gluten-free options, a coffee cart, a braid bar and face painting.
- Tokens
- Rides and games cost £2 a go and take tokens only. £1 = 1 green or 2 yellow. Tokens can be bought in advance or on the night, and old Ashley tokens still work.
- Entry
- You need a ticket or organiser pass to get in. Please keep children with you at all times.
- Food and payments
- The BBQ, bar, pizza van and coffee cart accept cash or card. Bring cash for the braid bar and face painting.
- Parking
- There is no on-site parking. Limited parking is available around town near the school.
- Children
- Please keep children with you. Wristbands are provided at the entrance for parents to write their phone number on. Children who cannot find their parents can go to the Harmony Centre for help via the PA.
- First aid
- St John Ambulance will be in the Hive throughout the event.
- Please note
- This is a pet, smoke and sparkler-free zone.
